No instructions how to use, there is no "hammer", & when taking the 'lid' off, the small rubber washer breaks. Looks NOTHING like the picture above. I cannot see that a plastic stub thing is going to break a window. Chinese made, what would one expect!. Even the "seatbelt cutter" is doubtful that it would cut through a tensioned belt, if one is in panic, it would take 10minutes minimum to cut thru. I got an old seatbelt & tensioned it, could not cut thru it!!! Please send me a return address & a refund because they are useless.
